This training unit is designed to help you teach the concepts and skills of being accountable to others, holding others accountable, disclosing the authentic you and providing genuine feedback.

Resources:  Before conducting training to staff or team members, the trainer needs to read the complete article, Communicating Excellence:  Accountability, Disclosure and Feedback.  Log in, or if you already have, go to My Training Record and click on the article, Accountability, Disclosure & Feedback.
